ANNE-LOUISE UNDERWOOD, Director

As Queensland Manager for the international chamber music presenter Musica Viva Australia, Anne-Louise developed sound corporate and government partnerships, and a culture of quality customer service which she has brought through into her own business. She is committed to helping people, and the development of MemBo Noticeboard has provided an extraordinary opportunity to combine this passion with the delivery of a much-needed aid for people living with dementia and other disabilities, and for Families & Carers.

MARK UNDERWOOD, Software Development

Mark Underwood is an experienced software developer with a 30 year history in the successful design and delivery of extensive administration systems and integrations with other software and services. He comes from a strong business and legal background, and his products are consistently designed with the end-user in mind. Building on his experience with allied health practices, audiology clinics and hospitals, he is responsible for the creation and development of a substantial live Noticeboard system with applications across aged care and disabilities, and within other types of residential communities.

                  VICTORIA MCLAUGHLIN, Marketing Consultant

                          Vicky’s industry experience includes working with Walt Disney World in Florida in the USA,                                      Marriott Hotels in the UK, Local Government in both the UK and Australia, and with Brisbane                                Marketing in Australia. She began Baker Street Marketing in 2015 and joined the MemBo                                        Noticeboard team as a consultant in 2018.

ALASDAIR MACDONALD, Consultant

With a career spread over 20 years and from Silicon Valley to Fortitude Valley, Dr MacDonald has a distinguished career working in aged care & dementia, and a proven ability to drive  continuous improvement, best practice and targeting one’s points of difference. Amongst his appointments, he has held the roles of COO at the world's first aged care Mircotown for residents with dementia and complex care needs at New Direction Care Bellmere & is the
founder of Blacksheep Consultant.  When not consulting, he lectures ​at tertiary level on the subjects about which he is passionate.
